Locate a local real estate agent and ask to interview him or her about the profession (this can be done by phone, by email, or face to face). Be sure to use a consent form. Ask questions regarding such things as why he or she got into the business, how long he or she has been an agent or broker, likes/dislikes about the profession, advantages/disadvantages of the profession, and what must be done to be successful in real estate. How does the agent view his or her fiduciary responsibility toward clients?

Narrate your findings in the discussion (keeping identities anonymous) and answer this question: Do you feel that real estate agents in general act with integrity regarding their fiduciary responsibilities toward their clients? Do they operate with their clients' best interests as their number-one goal, or are there conflicting motives?
