Question 1: Having the right monitors in place is critical. The monitors however must be correct and evaluate what is really important to our success. How does your organization set up its monitors and what do they tell them? How are they used to improve performance and track progress? What are some of the key factors that you think they should monitor that they are not?

How do we go about making sure we continue to face up to new challenges and opportunities and help our organizations grow?
