1. How does the performance management system work? Be as detailed as possible. Can the way the feedback mechanism presently used be improved? If you are self employed how can your customers provide a better feedback to you or how can you solicit better feedback to provide the best service possible?

2. If you were the supervisor at your workplace how would you involve the employees in setting the performance standards so that the employees felt the way the standards were written was fair. Please note, I am not asking about the performance appraisal itself, but the standards used to assess the employees.
