In 2016, If an individual or family can buy health care insurance but do buy any insurance to cover themselves or their families, there is a penalty fee called individual shared responsibility payment. What is the fee for not having health care insurance in the year of 2016? What is the percentage of income? That is the fee per an adult, and child under 18. What is the maximum that a family would have to pay if no insurance? How does this differ from the past years of health care insurance?
