Question: Discuss genetic factors and genes are involved in making a human embryonic stem cell differentiate into a cardiomyocyte. Also what miRNA are involved in the regulation of this process of the proteins that do so. So basically I want to know what exactly happens from start to finish in the transformation of a human embryonic stem cell into cardiomyocyte.
