For the assigment given a testable hypothesis must be given for a proposed research study. It must be an experimental research design; thus, there must be a true IV (with two or more levels), which will be manipulated by you. There also must be a clear DV.

This is my idea of a proposed research study, extent we can use cognitive behavior therapy to influence cohesion in team levels, with high level values of diversity. Group a, would read a short cognite phrase about being positive qualities of working together. Group b a negative phrase about working together and group c would read nothing. How would you but this into a testable hypothesis?
