Q1) Biologist desired to study effects of temperature of certain medium on growth of human amiotic cells in tissue culture. By using same parent batch. She conducted the experiment in which 5 cells line were cultured at each of 4 temperatures. Procedure involved originally inoculating fixed number(0.25 million ) of cells into fresh culture flask and then, after 7 days, removing small sample from growing surface to use in evaluating total number of cells  in flask. Results are given in table below. Together with computer printout for straight line regression.
