A man of mass 74 kilogram stands at the center of a rotating merry-go-round platform of radius 3.2 meter and moment of inertia 990 kg•m2. The platform rotates without friction with angular velocity 1.6 rad/s. The man walks radically to the edge of the platform.

a) Find the angular velocity when man reaches the edge?
