Consider a bicycle wheel rotating about it's axel. If it is rotating at 2 revolutions per second, and the radius of the wheel is 0.35 m, what is the speed of each point on the rim of the wheel? If the mass of the wheel is 2 kg, and to a good approximation all this mass is on the rim, what is the kinetic energy of the rotating wheel?
