2. Capacity to diagnose organizational culture and organizational dynamics using various management and change theories;
3. Clearly demonstrate capacity to solve organizational and change related problems within a given organization or department.
Term Paper
1. Write and submit term paper that is minimum of 10 pages and maximum of 20 pages, fully typed
2. This term paper must address specific organizational problem. That problem must be clearly described, framed and stated.
3. The writer must use various theories to diagnose and get to the root cause of the problem. That analysis process must be stated to display the student's capacity to objectively understand and examine and find the root cause of the problem in a given organization.
4. Propose various satisfying alternatives as a way out of that problem. That satisfying alternative becomes a new direction for the organization that may require strategic redirection or restructuring of the organizations structural set up.
5. Based on that recommendation organizations will go through partial or full change and transformation process. Leading change and managing change process must be described at the end of the term paper.
6. Conclusion: The entire process must be summarized on a single page or less. Conclusion displays the entire process in the term paper using few paragraphs.
Marking will be based on the following six points
1. Language clarity and good command of English grammar
2. Submission on due date
3. Content clarity
4. Process clarity
5. Proper documentation of sources, such as end notes and Bibliography
6. Term paper content relevancy and applicability
