In tennis, if the score in a game reaches deuce, a player must win two points in a row to win a game. Construe the score as a random walk on {0, 1,2,3, 4}.

If the players have probabilities p and q of winning each point, find their probabilities of winning a game once deuce is reached. Find also the mean time to end the game.
