Compute the solution  of the subsequent problem

Problem- A long current carrying wire has current changing with time according to I = At. Where A > 0 is a constant and t is time.

Part 1- Find the induced current in a rectangular Ohmic loop that is oriented in such a way that the current carrying wire threads the loop perpendicularly through the center of the rectangular loop.
