Player's batting average is 343. Mean is .334 (top 5% of all hitters, .343 highest average and 0324 lowest average). Standard deviation is 6.90. Batting average that separates top 5% of all hitters is .324. How can to determine the probability that a randomly selected player bats over 0.300?
