"On a certain daily flight, Air Northeast has a policy of booking as many as 21 people on an airplane that can seat only 16. (Past studies have revealed that only 92% of the booked passengers actually arrive for the flight.) Using the Binomial Distribution, find the probability that if Air Northeast books 21 people on a flight, not enough seats will be available for all booked passengers.
