For an emitter follower biased at IC = 1 mA, having Rsig = RL = 1 kΩ, and using a transistor specified to have Ft = 2 GHz, Cμ = 0.1 pF, CL = 0, rx = 100Ω, β = 100, and VA =20 V, evaluate the low-frequency gain AM, the frequencyof the transmission zero, the pole frequencies, and an estimate of the 3-dB frequency fH.
