XYZ Company is one of the leading companies which is involved in various engineering Projects. Recently the company has received two major long range projects which require additional man power. Therefore it is important for the organization to hire high caliber fresh graduate engineers in the areas of Design, Operations, Maintenance & Sales and marketing.

1. Assume that you are one of the candidates who have impressed the recruiting team of the company. The recruiting team of XYZ Company is happy that they are willing to offer you the required job. Discuss at least five factors which you are going to consider before making a decision whether to accept or reject the offer.

2. Further to your employment in the company, XYZ Company wants you to submit your 10 years future career development plan to evaluate whether your career plan is in line with the company's interest. Prepare your future career plan for the coming 10 years and device the various trainings which you require to achieve your career development plan.

3. As fresh graduate engineers, it is important to know your future in the organization. Prepare an organization structure and indicate your position in the organization structure assuming that you joined the company as graduate engineer. Furthermore, discuss the work ethics required knowing that XYZ company main business is Oil and Gas. Indicate graphically your career path.
