Would the change in enthalpy of a neutralization rxn involving weak acid as well as strong base be greater or less that of a rxn between a strong acid and strong base? WHY?

Likewise would the change in enthalpy of the dissociation of a weak acid be greater or less than in magnitude that of a strong acid? Why?
