Problem- Explain the difference between UV/Vis and Fluorescence spectrophotometry.

a) Which has greater sensitivity?

b) Draw 2 block diagrams to illustrate the differences?

c) Are there sample holders (SH) for each instrument interchangeable?

(can you use SH from UV/HVIS in a fluorometer, and vice versa)
