A non-listening behavior that I exhibit is Pre-judgement. I dont know why, but I often find myself judging beforehand without processing adequate evidence. I often find myself tuneing people out by trying to think about a song that I really like and focus on that. This is somethng that I do on a daily basis, especially when the information that the person is delivering are boring and does not concern me. I feel that it is an external obstacle. Although this is an obstacle for me, I do think about it and try and make sure I overcome it.
