I am asking to choose a business category to put together my marketing plan. I have $700,000 to do the plan.
me and my group chose to open an organic bakery which have different kind of breads such as urban, turkish, middetrian, and we are gonna use organic ingredits. we are going to use some saftey technologies inside the kitchen. also we are thinking to make the customers see what our bakers are doing infront of their eyes. So, i need help in these 3 questions: I need to have 10 pages that are answering these 3 questions. each question should be spereate from the others.

1- STP analysis- the analysis proceeds by asessing the market in which the company functions, the products it currently offers or plans to offer in the future, and the characterstics of current or potential customers in the market place. i would include some industry analysis as well.

2- Evaluation metrics and control- the business must have a means of asessing the marketing plan's recommendations; the marketing plan must indicate the methods of undertaking the assesments. in other words you must look at your overall plan and objectives and decide if your communications strategies are effective?

3- final recommendations and closing summary. do you think your media mix and marketing plan will accomplish the goals that you set out to achieve?
