I have a short essay (500 words or less) to complete for my Environmental Ethics Course. It is mainly based off of Al Gore's documentary film "An Inconvenient Truth"

These are the instructions:

1. What is meant by global warming? Provide a definition with examples of contributors to global warming.
2. What do you think Al Gore means when he says that global warming is a moral (or, ethical) issue?
3. What do you think is Al Gore's main argument for the conclusion that global warming is a moral (or ethical) issue?
4. Do you think Al Gore's argument for the conclusion that global warming is a moral (or ethical) issue? your answer to question 3 above is a good (sound) argument? If so, defend Gore's argument by providing (additional) evidence, examples, or kinds of support for the premises of Gore's argument. If not, provide (additional) evidence, examples, or kinds of support against one or more of the premises of Gore's argument.

This is what I have wrote so far:

I do not think that Al Gores argument is an environmental ethic argument because he does not speak of the environment as having any moral consideration. His argument is more that we need to take care of the earth because if we don't we will be robbing our future generations of things we take for granted (Al Gore) such as fresh water sources, clean air, lush forests, and a diverse animal population. If in fact all of Al Gores scientific information is correct; climate change is occurring and impairing humans ability to thrive than Al Gores main argument that we have a moral obligation to stop climate change in order to help victims of climate change including our future generations. Although I agree that if climate change is real we do have a moral duty to help victims of our actions; I do not think that Al Gores argument is sound.

This is where I got stuck kind of. I know the essay is a little rough but any help is much appreciated. I feel like Al Gore doesnt really talk about others views or other statistics that are going against his views. I also do not believe that global warming is human cause (personal opinion, I feel that it is a natural phenomena and we live on a dynamic planet) PS I will def give more points for the more help.
