The purpose of this assignment is to present key findings from your learning in the workshops regarding developing the ‘enterprising' manager (e.g. yourself!) Assessment Task This is an individual assignment, resulting in a report of 1500 words (excluding appendices). This should be presented as a 1500 word Management Briefing document entitled ‘Four Key Lessons for Today's Enterprising Manager'. The audience for the Briefing is the Senior Management team of a large global company, who are looking for ways to develop the young ‘enterprising managers of the future' in their organisation. They are asking you to identify the four most important facets of an enterprising individual, and propose ways to develop those attributes. Your proposal should be fully justified in terms of research and theoretical underpinning.
