The assignment is to write a congressional letter to the senator based on a scenario proposed. Make believe you are a female employee at a federal organization, that have been harass and targeted by a male employer from the time you became pregnant. Additionally, you are experiencing pay issues, maternity, and annual leave issues that are not getting resolved via management. You expressed your concerns to the Union. The union advised you to file an Equal employment opportunity complaint. Two weeks later you were presented with termination letter from your supervisor. You felt you were discriminate against and treated unfairly.
