Compensation and benefits are the key driver o employee performance and overall satisfaction. Include a section of the salary range you expect to pay for the desired candidate and how you came up with the recommended range. This should include a minimum, midpoint, and maximum salary point. Include the expected salary you would expect to offer, based on the qualifications and requirements for the position (this ties back to the KSAOs, and the job description you created to attract the candidate). You must include the sources (in a reference section) used to validate the salary range. This applications should be 2-3 pages in length.
