Fly Dubai is a budget airline operating from Dubai. They have stripped down some of the in-flight services, e.g. cooked food, mineral water supply etc. they are using one technology to handle the passenger and their zone in the terminal. However the basic service of the airline (i.e. carrying passengers) is given utmost importance. This facilitates them to operate at a low price. Emirates airline have not stripped down any of their services. They provide cooked food and still water which are included in the price of the ticket. Emirates use a number of technologies to facilitate the passengers’ journeys. Both of the airlines are reliable.

Let us assume that both the airlines fly from the same origin to the same destination (short distance flight). Based on this assumption and the contents of the 4 V’s, compare 4Vs of Fly Dubai and Emirates airline services through a schematic illustration.
