Introduction
The purpose of this assignment is to help me make a decision at my work place on whether we should provide the Organizational Management Report (OMR) or OMR summaryor both version reports to each organization who eligible to receive a report. There are two factors that we need to consider before we make the decision. The first factor is time. How long will it take us to populate five hundred and twenty full version OMR and OMR summary? Our office has promised to provide the report by the second week of October. The second factor is the ability to understand the report. Majority of the managers and leaders find an OMR is little overwhelming since the OMR has a total of forty pages. Majority of the manager and leaders do not have much time to spend on the report. On the other hand, there are organizations that want to have an OMR which allow them to manipulate the data and create their own survey report.
