1. Review Healthy People 2020 Nutrition & Weight Status Website. Look through the "Overview" section. Then go to the "Objectives" section. Review all of the listed objectives for 2020. Check out the entire article (all listed substances) and descriptions, then go to your pantry/refrigerator or review items at the grocery store. Find two food additives to discuss that are currently present in the foods you consume (and listed in the category of: cut back; caution; certain people should avoid; avoid). Defend whether you agree or disagree with adding the substance to food and why. Do your findings change your attitude about purchasing the product?
