Title VII of the civil rights of 1964 protects individuals against employment discrimination that is implemented on the basis of race and color, nation, region, gender and religion. It means it protects class of employees from discrimination. This act is applied to employees with age of 15 and more and it include state and local governments.
This is commonly observed in business organizations that employees have to face some differences on the basis of their age, color etc. then under this law act, they can get justice. If any person if violate this act of civil rights then critical punishment is provided to him. This act is made to provide rights to employees at their workplaces.
