1. If traditional grading scale is used (90 or more is an A, 80-89 is a B, etc.), find students that will have A's, B's, C's, D's and F's?

2. Instructor considers grading on a curve. Grades are to be distributed according to following criteria: Top 5% of students will get A's, 20% will get B's, 50% will get C's, 20% will get D's and bottom 5% of students will get F's. Determine cut-off scores for the grades of an A, B, C, D, and F.

4. Do you beleive the instructor must grade on a curve? Explain why or why not?
