To critically determine one of these issues in detail within the context of a specific business organisation.

Question

Since the 1990s there has been an increasing number of Regional Trade Arrangements (RTA). According to WTO in 2012 the number of RTA increase 2 fold compared to the 90s to 497. Is regional trade liberalisation a supplement or substitute to WTO? How would this trend affect global business environment? Use sufficient evidence to support your discussion.
