1. Discuss any further key tasks you have undertaken in your placement since your last Portfolio submission. For each new, expanded or updated task, explain how theories, concepts, models, frameworks and/or technical competencies, from your major(s) have applied. Include in your discussion responses to feedback given in Portfolio 1 and reflect on further progress that you have made. In your discussion you should:
• refer to a comprehensive range of theory, clearly summarised (and referenced).
• explain how the theory was relevant to and guided you to complete your tasks.
Note: if you have had no additional tasks, you should discuss your updated knowledge and understanding of tasks, relevant theory and respond to any feedback given in Portfolio 1 and from your Workplace Supervisor.
2. Think back on the course content you have covered during your previous studies at level 6 & 7. Discuss and reflect on any gaps or differences between your theoretical knowledge from your major(s) and the application in practice throughout your placement.
3. Discuss the significance of your role and the value that you have added to your team and/or organisation. Reflect on your personal attributes and your performance in the role (with evidence and examples).
4. Discuss your progress with your topic. You will need to write at least 500 words to give a sufficient outline for formative feedback.
You should include:

- A structure or mindmap of content areas for the final report e.g. contents page, themes, headings and subheadings.
- A discussion of the progress you have made since your previous submission and how this content is contributing to your understanding of the topic you have chosen.
