“Office Space” is a movie of comedy genre about the workers of a company having hatred towards their job. It is a comedy setting of a workplace directed and written by Mike Judge, the release of which took place in the year 1999. The movie contributes in reflecting the experience of a number of people going to work on daily basis and have hatred in what they have been doing(Groen, 1999).
This movie seems to be breaking down each and everything that results in making the life of office workers miserable from the travelling in the morning, having to deal with the colleagues and the co- worker, and a leader or a boss showing absolute ignorance to the workers.
Focusing on the concepts of organizational behaviour, this paper will be discussing and analysing the movie “Office Space”, evaluating the complete efficiency held by the group with respect to decision making, leadership and communication. Recommendations will also be provided for ensuring an improvement in the success followed by the group.
