In tough economic times, it is difficult for employers to increase pay. However, compensation professionals can still use some basic rewards tools to keep employees engaged and appreciated.
In this assignment, you will use what you have learned from your readings so far in the course to research a current organizational rewards system and analyze its effectiveness.
