Write a 4000 words report on "Data Co Recruitment and Selection Plan"

The report should light on the process of recruitment and selection of the employees required for a data management company DataCo the company setting new office in Singapore. Responsibility of recruiting and selecting new staff for DataCo has been carried Elite HR Company. This report should show assist in filling one the positions that are database administrator, specialist librarian, IT help desk operator, DEO and Data entry team leader to begin the project.  The report also includes a full budget, timeline and employee responsibility chart in the appendices.

The recruitment methods must be the print media and online advertisement to finish the recruitment for the intended five posts in less time and also within estimated cost.
