Develop Presentation for Quality Initiatives
Activity Description
Create a PowerPoint presentation to present to the senior executives proposing a new quality initiative at your operation (any type of company that has operations will be applicable for this activity if unable to use your organization). Your slides must detail the need for a new initiative, advantages of a new quality system, and the expected benefits of new quality implementation. This slide presentation must also cover funding and annual projected savings with an estimated payback of the new quality system. Conclude with a time line schedule and specific training requirements that may be necessary.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least one (1) scholarly resource. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
