Develop a computer program for the "Gear Transmission Systems" with consideration that each gear designer will have a different view as to what the most important design factors are.

The overall design objective is to produce a design which meets all technical requirements for performance and life, at the lowest lifetime cost.Options should be provided for the user to select certain design parameters. The program shall clearly indicate the compliance of the computed output with the standard.

All assumptions need to be clearly mentioned. The input to the program could include:

Number of teeth pinion and gear
Diametral pitch
Material
Transmitted power
Speed
Factor of safety
Reliability
Load characteristics and characteristics of support

You may need to include other operational input such as working temperature to determine the different factors.

The output of the program may contain but not limited to the followings:
gear size
contact ratio
pitch line velocity
transmitted load
real factor of safety
overall factor of safety
gearefficiency
sliding velocities
angle of approach and recess
weight estimations, cost estimation (Not necessary to include if you don't have data)
