Q1) Professor has been contacted by four not-for-profit agencies which are eager to work with student consulting teams.  Agencies require help with such things as budgeting, information systems, coordinating volunteers, and forecasting.  Though each of four student teams could work with any of agencies, professor feels that there is difference in amount of time it would take each group to resolve each problem.  Professor's estimation of time, in days, is given in table below.
