An electric motor is mounted at the end of a cantilever beam. The beam is observed to deflect by 0.02 m when the motor runs at a speed of 1500 rpm. By neglecting the mass and damping of the beam, determine the speed of the motor so that the dynamic amplification is less than 10% about the static equilibrium value.
