The Harris/Excite instant poll used to be online. Question displays on screen, and you just click buttons to vote "Yes," "No," or "Don't Know." On January 25, 2000, question was "Must female athletes be paid same as men for work they do?" In all, 13,147 (44%) said "Yes," another 15,182 (50%) said "No," and remaining 1448 said "Don't know."

a. Determine the sample size for this poll?

b. That's a much larger sample than standard sample surveys. In spite, we cannot trust result to give good information about any clearly defined population. Explain why?

c. It is still true that more men than women use Web. How might this fact influence the poll results?
