R1 = 1-ohm; R2= 0.5 -ohm; X1 =6 -ohm; X2 = 2 -ohm; R0 = 500 -ohm; X0 = 1.5k -ohm.
A load of 10 -ohm at 0.8 power factor lagging is connected across the low-voltage terminals of the transformer. The voltage measured across the load side is 110V. Compute the following:
(a) Load voltage referred to the primary side
(b) Currents of the primary and secondary windings
(c) Source voltage
(d) Voltage regulation
(e) Load power
(f) Efficiency of the transformer
A U manometer reads 20 cm air as operating fluid and a given manometric fluid. A single branch closed tube reads 35 cm connected to point 1. If P2 = 1.2 ATM calculate the pressure in point 1 and the density of the manometric fluid.
Design a common-emitter BJT amplifier with a gain of -100 (well above 3dB point) and a 3dB point at 100Hz. Assume beta = 100, Ic (quiescent) = 1mA, Vcc=20V. You can omit the output capacitor, but should bypass your emitter resistor.
1.Calculate motor speed in revolutions per minute for an eight-pole,50Hz motor. Give the equation and identify its parts; show your math. 2.You need to detect finished products coming down an assembly line.

We use the time constant to characterize transients in electric circuits. In physics, the half-life is often used to characterize the exponential decay of physical quantities such as radioactive substances.
The power supplied by a certain source is a constant 7.5 W over the first 5.8 min, zero for the next 2.8 min, a value that increases linearly from zero to 10 W during the next 8.8 min, and a value that decreases linearly from 10 W to zero
