Assume that the passengers arrive at a taxi stand according to a Poisson process with parameter λ. There are m taxis serving to the passengers in the queue. Each taxi serves a single customer at a time and service times are exponentially distributed with parameter μ.

i) Determine the distribution of the number of customers waiting in the queue.
ii) Determine the distribution of the number of taxis at the stand waiting for customers.
