Scenario: Part of the Mission Statement for the HIM department reads “To provide services the customer satisfaction.” However, currently the HIM department does not have a method to determine if the customer is satisfied or not.

Step One: Create a list of at least 10 customers of the HIM department (Both internal customers and external customers)

Step Two: Create a 10 question survey to determine customer satisfaction

Step Three: Determine how the survey will be distributed (Consider both internal and external customers)

Step Four: Determine how the results of the survey will be collected

Step Five: Determine the desired goal of the survey results

Step Six: Using the steps above, create a proposal for determining customer satisfaction. Submit your proposal for grading. (NOTE: This should be a proposal not a paper)
