Design a handheld hair dryer with the following specifications and realistic constraints:

1. It uses a 60 Hz, single-phase, 120 V r.m.s sinusoidal voltage source.

2. It has three settings low, medium, high.

3. Heating elements are resistors.

4. The heating elements should offer high resistance

5. Heating elements should not oxidize when heated in red hot air

6. Heater element should dissipate 375 watts at the low setting, 750 watts at the medium setting, and not to exceed 1500 watts at the high setting.
