Explain your idea to answer the following problem

Problem- What is the best way to address current issues regarding sexual morality? Some argue that since sexual matters are private, there shouldn't be laws or policies dictating what people can and cannot do. After considering those issues presented in the text, lecture, and "Taboo", discuss whether you think governments should create and enforce regulations on sexuality.
