Scheduling Systems There are a number of types of scheduling systems that are available for a medical practice to choose from and utilize. Determining what works best for a particular practice is based on numerous factors which include: how many physicians and mid-level providers there are, how many clinical medical assistants are available to care for the needs of patients, how many treatment rooms are utilized during office hours, or is there any specialized equipment used or special procedures that a practice performs.
