Michelle Young who works as the Director of Development at a not-for-profit organization, often has to deal with much stress to meet targets for build strategic partnerships with funders as well as building a network of donors, both independently and working collaboratively with other fundraising solicitors on her team.

However, irrespective of stressful situations, she manages to handle problems easily and a smile on her face. Her team members are often astounded at how she deals with such situations with so much confidence.

They believe the reason she manages to be such a good role model of handling volatile situations is that she is confident of her capabilities and sees herself as an effective manager.
