Imagine you have been contacted by your firm's HR department for help creating an employment ad for a Security Professional. You have been asked to generate a bulleted list of desired skills and experiences (education, training and job experience), as well as a list of interview questions for the applicant. The interview questions must be made interactive (not yes/no) so that the applicant can show expertise or lack thereof.

Your assignment:

• 1 page consisting of 2 things: expectations of the candidate on the job (job description, ½ page), salary and compensation expectations (should include performance bonuses based on your recommendations)

• 1 page of bulleted items: skills, experiences, etc that you would find valuable for a company. Include what you might normally see in an employment ad from a newspaper of online job site.

• 1 page of questions/answers for the HR director to ask the applicant (10 to 15 questions). Be sure to cover some of the items of desired skills, as well as a wide array of experiences for a candidate.

Be sure to document any sources used in your research.
