This assignment will assess the competency 3. Explore Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility and Customer Communication.

It seems as if many times a year a business or organization is attempting to create an ad campaign or promotion to draw in more customers. For this assignment pretend that you are asked by your marketing director to write a report on ad campaigns and promotions.

Using the article or articles you found in the learning activity about a companies ad campaign or promotional efforts, along with Chapter 16 of the textbook, write a report answering the following questions:

  • What is the name of the company and was their ad persuasive, creative, or shocking? Did it have a logical or emotional appeal to it? Did you see the ad? Did it influence you in any way and make you want to buy the product?
  • Who is the company trying to target as a customer?
  • What marketing objectives is the company trying to accomplish?
  • Did social media help or hurt the marketing campaign?

Provide your report in a word document with standard formatting either single or double spaced in 12 point Times New Roman font. Use proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Your report should be between 250 and 1000 words long, longer reports will be accepted so feel free to go over the minimum.
