BUSINESS LAW ESSAY REGARDING SALES/LEASES. Please answer using IRAC Formula (Issue, Rule, Analysis, and Conclusion). 

In 2010, Sabathia executed a written contract with Garcia to buy a collection of art work for $1,500.  One week prior to the agreed upon ship date, Garcia called Sabathia and said that they couldn't deliver the art work at $1,500 unless Sabathia agreed to pay $2,000, and if he didn't agree then Garcia would have to cancel the order.  Sabathia agreed to pay the $2,000 if Sabathia would ship as agreed in the contract. After the art work was delivered and accepted by Sabathia, Sabathia refused to pay the $2,000 and demanded to only pay $1,500.  Is the contractual modification binding?  Please explain using the IRAC Formula.
