There are two task listed below both with negative and positive risk for each risk i need help doing the risk discription, preventive, post actions and the risk impact for each. This has to be for every positive and negative numbered risk

Task #1

Financial budget positive Risk

1. Reduction in Investment Risk

2. Opportunity to create more funding resources to manage buffer

3. Resource planning

4. Decision on product offering by calculating ROI

Negative Risks

1. Lead to usage of buffer funding

2. Result in making decision on financial basis but market

3. Add mechanization into the whole system

4. Avoid using innovative approach

5. May impact offering and Quality of service

Task #2

Construction and reconstruction positive Risk:

1. Freshness into the look and ambience of Coffee shop

2. Chance of increase in footfall after renovation

3. Availability of new resources and facility

4. Help in improving internal design of Coffee shop

5. May offer location advantage to the Shop

Negative Risks

1. Impact in business during construction time

2. May loose the identity among the customer

3. Need to promote the shop with new address name if name of building also change

4. May lead to increase in competition if other shop also open in renovated building

5. Uncertainty about the impact on business during and after reconstruction of building.
